LENDING PRODUCTS
- Amounts: $50,000 – $1,250,000
- Interest Rates: 5 – 10% fixed, based on the assessed risk
- Examples: capital asset acquisition; purchase of equipment
- Maturities: 1-7 years
- Amortizations: up to 25 years
- Principal payments grace period: up to 12 months
- Collateral required: negotiable – can include 1st and 2nd liens on capital assets, cash or other forms of collateral such as third-party guarantees.
- Examples: capital asset acquisition; purchase of equipment
- Maturities: 1-7 years
- Amortizations: up to 25 years
- Principal payments grace period: up to 12 months
- Collateral required: negotiable – can include 1st and 2nd liens on capital assets, cash.
- Examples: pre-construction loans with takeout from construction loan; projects where grants (or other funding) has been secured but is not available for 6 months or more and the organization wants to start project earlier
- Maturities: 6 -24 months
- Amortization: Not applicable
- Principal payments grace period: up to 24 months
- Collateral required: negotiable – can include 1st and 2nd liens on capital assets, cash or other forms of collateral such as third-party guarantees.
- Examples: for working capital or programming
- Maturities: up to 5 years
- Amortization: not applicable
- Collateral: negotiable
- Revenue-linked loans and other debt instruments can be considered based on the needs, financial situation and risk of a proposed investment.
